你比較喜歡獨立作業還是團隊工作?
老闆可以透過此問題判斷應徵者的工作偏好。而事實上,在公司的運作中,需要獨立作業或團隊作業的情況都是有可能的。因此,最好是折衷回答,不要過度偏向一方。
I like a mix of both. I like to work with a team to brainstorm new ideas together, while sometimes I like to work alone to get tasks done more quickly.兩種方式我都喜歡。我喜歡和團隊一起工作,藉由腦力激盪想出好點子,不過有時候我喜歡獨立做業,如此可較迅速地把事情完成。
Well, based on my own experience, I like a mix of both actually. I like to work with a team especially when all team members brainstorm new ideas together. I've learned a lot of good ideas from talking things out with other people. And sometimes I like to work alone on certain tasks as well because I think some tasks can be done better if one person is in charge of them. When arranging a seminar, for example, all team members need to get actively involved and make sure the seminar is successful. 扭傷或拉傷
A: I missed the last step and twisted my ankle. 我沒踏到最後一個階梯,結果扭傷了腳踝。 B: Try not to put any weight on it for the next day or two. 未來這一、兩天儘量不要讓患部承受重力。
A: I heard a popping sound when I fell down. 我跌倒的時候聽到啪的一聲。 B: It doesn't look like it's broken, but you should still see a doctor. 看起來骨頭沒有斷,但你還是應該去看醫生。
A: I can't bend my elbow. 我的手肘不能彎。 B: Ice it to make the swelling go down. 冰敷患部以消腫。
A: It really hurts when I walk. 我走路的時候真的很痛。 B: You can use an ankle brace to give you extra support. 你可以穿護踝加強支撐。
