在工作中什麼事曾讓你沮喪？
工作上不會事事順心，一定會遇到讓人氣餒之事，因此這道題目只要依照自己的狀況回答無妨。但除了描述令人氣餒的事之外，也別忘表達後續採取的行動及學到的教訓。
When the outcome of my job does not turn out the way I originally expected, I feel disappointed.當我的工作結果不是我原本預期的狀況時，我就會感到沮喪。
Sometimes I feel disappointed with my job when the outcome doesn't turn out the way I originally expected. For example, I once looked forward to reaching higher sales volume, but when I lost some important cases, I felt really disappointed. Well, I think the key point here is that there are always valuable lessons in every experience I have. I believe my most profound learning comes from situations that don't turn out the way I anticipated. So I usually don't stay disappointed for too long. 出國人士碰到生病時，需要準確地表達身體的不適；從事醫療工作的同仁，常有外籍病人聽不懂醫學專有名詞的英文解釋。因此簡單實用的健康相關詞語，可以降低不少就診的障礙。
腹部問題
你的醫生可能會提出一些問題以便正確診斷你的疾病。盡可能提供醫療人員充分的訊息，不用害怕提出你的疑問。如果覺得你的醫生不太關心，不要遲疑，去請教其他健康照護專業人員。
Doctor: Which side is the pain on? 哪一邊會痛？ Patient: The pain is on my left side. I keep doubling over from the pain. 痛在我的左側。我痛到腰挺不起來。 Doctor: If it's on the left, it could be appendicitis. 如果是左邊會痛，可能是盲腸炎。
Patient: I get really bad cramps during my period. 我月經來的時候腹部會嚴重絞痛。 Doctor: Does the area feel swollen? 這個部位是否覺得腫脹？ Patient: There's a hard lump on my lower right abdomen. 我腹部右下方有個硬硬的腫塊。
Doctor: Are you having regular bowel movements? 你的排便正常嗎？ Patient: My bowel movements are quite irregular. 我的排便狀況很不規律。
Doctor: Does it hurt to pass stool? 上大號的時候會痛嗎？ Patient: No, but it burns when I urinate. 不會，不過我小便的時候有灼熱感。
Doctor: What does your urine look like? 你的尿液是什麼顏色？ Patient: There's blood in my urine. 我有血尿。
