中式英文Next week we can make an official vote for this proposal.
老外這樣說此句的重點在於「正式表決」的說法，也就是“a formal vote on [something]”。雖然“official”這個字在中文裡也可翻譯為「正式的」，但是就語感而言較偏向「官方的／法定上的」，故不適宜用在此處。
A: Well, I'd like to thank Cathy for her proposal. It's given us all a lot to think about.
B: Right. Let's plan to have a formal vote on her proposal next week. A：嗯，我要感謝凱西的提案。她的提案的確給我們很多啟發。
B：是的。我們可以在下週針對她的提案做正式表決。
Should we just go ahead and vote on it now? 我們要不要現在就直接表決？
Let's think about it and take a vote on it next week. 我們都先考慮一下，下週再做表決。
Do we have a consensus about the best way to proceed? 我們對該用什麼方式來進行有共識了嗎？

呼吸障礙
患者可能會說
I can't breathe! 我不能呼吸！
I couldn't get any air into my lungs. 我沒辦法呼吸。
I was just walking, and suddenly I got completely winded. 我只不過在走著，突然之間卻完全喘不過氣來。
I think I'm having an asthma attack. 我想我的氣喘要發作了。
If I do anything strenuous I start gasping for air. 如果我做點費力的事情就會氣喘如牛。
When I start to wheeze, I panic, and it makes it worse. 我只要一氣喘就會驚慌，然後情形就更糟。
醫療人員可能會說
Do you ever lose consciousness when you're having trouble breathing? 你呼吸困難時會不會失去意識？
You might be suffering from an acute anxiety attack. 你可能得了急性焦慮症。
