商用英文口語
進行企業溝通時，以細膩的表達方式自然地使用英文，與商務夥伴建立起的關係會更加牢固可靠；而一句話也不會只有一種表達法，希望讀者們看完例句後能舉一反三，依照自己所遇到的情境靈活應用。

中式英文I prepared some copies for you, now please pass them down.
老外這樣說「講義、資料」的英文即為“handout”。將講義「傳／發」下去，則以“pass around”來表達。而“ pass down” 其實是「傳承／傳給下一代」的意思！
A: Did you break down revenue by sales region?
B: Yes. I've prepared a handout, which I'll pass around now. A：你有將獲利數字依照業務地區分別表示出來嗎？
B：有。我準備了講義，現在發下去給大家。
I have a handout that addresses that. I'll pass it around now. 我的講義裡有提到那個部分。我現在將講義發下去。
Let me pass around a handout that I prepared. 我現在把我準備的講義傳下去。

出國人士碰到生病時，需要準確地表達身體的不適；從事醫療工作的同仁，常有外籍病人聽不懂醫學專有名詞的英文解釋。因此簡單實用的健康相關詞語，可以降低不少就診的障礙。
看眼科醫師
患者可能會說
My eyes have been really red and watery lately. 最近我的眼睛很紅又會流眼淚。
My eyes are really sensitive to light. 我的眼睛對光線非常敏感。
I think I might have night blindness. 我想我可能得了夜盲症。
It feels like there's something in my eye. 我眼睛感覺好像有東西跑進去。
I keep seeing a blurry shape out of my left eye. 我的左眼一直看到一個模糊的影子。
I see haloes around lights. 我看光的時都覺得有光暈。
醫療人員可能會說
Is the pain in or around the eye? 痛是在眼睛裡面，還是在眼睛周圍？
Any problem with your peripheral vision? 你的邊緣視野有沒有問題？
We'll see how your pupils respond to light. 我們要看看你的瞳孔對光有何反應。
I'm going to use some eyedrops to dilate your pupils. 我要點一些眼藥水讓你的瞳孔擴張。
You'll need surgery to remove the cataract. 你需要動手術移除白內障。
