Steve:Actually, Simon, I don't think Darren is entirely at fault for missing the deadline.
Other people made mistakes as well. For example,
Brenda was a little late with some of the translations.
Brenda:That's not fair, Steve. I had nothing to do with missing the deadline.
Some translations were late because I wasn't given them until very late.
I remember that Laura delayed sending me some translations for a few days.
    Don't blame me.
Laura:It wasn't me. I was always on time. It must have been someone else.
I think Steve was right when he said it was his fault.
Steve said Darren should help out with the designs,
even though Darren doesn't have much experience.
Simon:It wasn't Steve. I think Steve is trying to protect Darren.
Darren, there's no excuse for it. Don't let it happen again.
Darren:I'm sorry to disappoint everyone. It won't happen again.
    I've learned from my mistake.
Simon:Good, Darren. I'm very glad to hear that. Now,
let's work harder and get this project back on schedule.
