I enjoy working in a challenging environment more than in an easy environment, and as a matter of fact, I personally do perform better under pressure. I manage stress well because I always prepare fully before any important events such as presentations and meetings with key clients. For example, if I am depending on using a projector for an important sales presentation, I always arrange for a back-up projector to be available, or print out paper copies of the PowerPoint slides in case all else fails.
