要管理好團隊的核心技巧有哪些？
除非是一人公司，否則在一般的公司環境下免不了要跟各式各樣的人共事。老闆想了解應徵者是否能夠和他人愉快共事、是否有團隊合作的概念，或是否具備管理團隊的技巧。回答的焦點當然要放在跟團隊成員合作愉快的例子上，不要盡說些和團隊意見相左的不快經驗。

Well, I think in order to manage a team well, some key skills range from choosing the right people, to communicating with team members, and motivating them. Let me give you an example. During the period with Rich shoe company, I moved from being a worker to a line manager. I needed to develop a new set of skills, and made use of new tools and techniques. All these have helped me with organizing, motivating, developing and communicating with my team.
