面談時的發問權在面試官手上，會問什麼問題不可能精準預測；應試者可以先有概念並預想答案，思考如何呈現長處和優勢，成功地推銷自己，順利得到夢想工作！
如果要你雇用一個人來做這份工作，你會找哪種特質的人？
此問題很明顯地是面試官希望應徵者能以老闆的角度，設身處地站在公司思考，此份職缺需要具備哪些特質或能力。
I would be looking for someone with good communication skills, ambition, and willingness to keep learning.我會找有良好溝通技巧、具有抱負和願意持續學習的人。
If I were hiring a person for this sales representative position, I would be looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, who can communicate with a variety of clients. Also, I would want someone who has outstanding presentation and negotiation skills in order to present our products and solutions to customers and close deals. 所有學習語言的人都應該分析自己製造出來的錯誤！語言文字上的錯誤會造成溝通上的困擾，更會使說話者的專業形象大打折扣。要掌握一門語言，必須掌握英文語法與語意的特質，培養使用正確英語的良好習慣。
👀 突破盲點：Get 為不規則動詞，其三態為get、got、got/gotten，本句為現在完成式，主動詞應使用過去分詞。
