Eric:Sure, I’d be happy to. Let’s start by examining the primary data. We conducted surveys with 500 people from a neighborhood that featured the demographics of our target market. After performing a statistical analysis on the data, we can see some trends and patterns developing. Clearly, the majority of people are willing to pay a little extra money for extra features, such as a videophone. We found a strong correlation between the attractiveness and simplicity of options and the price people would pay for the phone. Of course, examining socio-economic factors, it’s not surprising there’s a cause-and-effect relationship between the amount people will pay and their income. I’ve outlined a lot of this in the executive summary of my report.

Eric:After we had talked to the interviewees, we obtained some interesting results. We found not everyone liked to be seen every time they make a call. The main reason for this is that not everyone feels attractive at all times–for example, right after waking up. For this reason, I suggest we incorporate a privacy function on the GR8.
