After the mistake I just mentioned, I learned that I need to always be customer-focused. As we all know, “The customer is king.” Companies need to maintain a competitive advantage, so we must create a customeroriented culture. Now when I am designing new products, I always think twice about how the newly designed product can satisfy our customers’ needs.
