You will see that, according to the projections, we will only begin to see a satisfactory return after the end of next year, when we should be in credit once again. If we want to improve these results, I propose hiding the regional results, but I don’t think this will make much difference. We will still need to show how we have arrived at the projections.

For this reason I propose that we meet on Thursday to rehearse the pitch and brainstorm any questions the board might have for us.

I then propose to spend some time talking to the operatives to see if we can get any ideas from them for improvements.
