In the previous couple of tasks we learnt about the difference between past simple and present perfect. We also learnt some of the common time chunks you can use with these tenses. Now, let’s put these two things together. This week, we are going to learn how to combine the time chunk with the correct verb tense.
Task 1: Correct these sentences. Focus on the verb tense and the time chunks. Do they match? Look at the example.
