Set-phrases for emails: Building good relationship

Let’s continue practicing using the set phrases from the last two weeks (PLEASE refer to the feedback on 2015-12-04), the set phrases for dealing with intellectual property rights issues, and the set-phrases for building good relationships. These set-phrases all focus on the verb ‘have’.
 
Task 1: Complete these emails with an appropriate ‘have’ set-phrase.
 Dear Lucas,
 I hear from Macey that you are having difficulties collecting payment from ABC Inc. She has given me a full briefing on the situation. It seems __(1)__ begin legal actions to recover the monies. Do please go ahead.
 
 Dear Juli,

*Notice which ones have more than one possible answer. Can you see why some of the gaps have only one possible answer? Look at things like punctuation, and the end of the set-phrase as well as the meaning to make sure you can see why.
