This question leads me to think of my marketing team at Chaiix Taiwan. All the individuals in the team are exceptionally talented, but of course, have different skills. Based on my own experience, I certainly don't think a person should be more like others in order to succeed. Instead, an individual should try to differentiate himself from others and bring his unique talents to the table. I know in Taiwan, people tend to be more conservative. But if a person keeps worrying that his ideas may be too wild and might not be acceptable to others, then he is more likely to miss out on a lot of opportunities to succeed.這個問題讓我想到我在台灣 Chaiix 公司的行銷團隊。團隊裡每個人都是才華獨具，不過當然是每個人擁有不一樣的技能。基於我個人的經驗，我當然不認為一個人應該和其他人一樣才能夠成功。相反地，他應該要想辦法與眾不同，並貢獻其獨特的天賦。我知道在台灣多數的人都比較保守。但是如果一個人一直擔心自己的想法很奇怪，也許不會被別人接受，那他很可能會因此而錯失許多成功的機會。
