面談時的發問權在面試官手上，會問什麼問題不可能精準預測；應試者可以先有概念並預想答案，思考如何呈現長處和優勢，成功地推銷自己，順利得到夢想工作！
你覺得這個職務和你前一份工作有什麼不同點？
人是慣性的動物，一旦習慣做某件事後就會遵循之前的模式做下去。但是每家公司的情況不盡相同，不可能直接套用之前的工作模式照作就好。筆者在外商工作期間曾聽老闆提過，他最怕聽到員工做了錯誤決定後，丟出「以前我在某某公司這樣做也沒什麼問題呀！」這種反應，這樣只有更加凸顯自己不知變通的弱點。因此，遇到這個問題，應徵者可思考這份職務和前份工作的不同點，而自己應如何調適、融入新公司。
Employees at my previous company worked alone, while your company emphasizes the importance of collaboration. For me, it's the major difference.我之前公司的員工都是獨立作業，而貴公司則強調合作重要性。對我來說這是主要的不同點。
My previous employer, Wuta Company, was a relatively small company, so each employee worked individually and just focused on his or her own tasks. For me, I will need to develop better collaborative skills as I will be working with other team members. For example, I need to listen attentively to other people's ideas, interact with the team, and communicate effectively in order to achieve shared goals. 👀 突破盲點：Fashion 為名詞，其形容詞為fashionable，不應混淆。
✘ You look very fashion.
⭕ You look very fashionable.
你很時髦。
👀 突破盲點：Quite 為副詞，應用來修飾形容詞，而 advanced 為過去分詞轉用的形容詞。
✘ As you can see, the technology in our new system is quite advance.
⭕ As you can see, the technology in our new system is quite advanced.
如你所見，我們新系統的技術相當先進。
👀 突破盲點：Detail 作名詞意思為「細節」，作動詞意思為「詳述」，在very 後本句需要的應是形容詞，故改為detailed「詳盡的」（過去分詞轉形容詞）。
