面談時的發問權在面試官手上,會問什麼問題不可能精準預測;應試者可以先有概念並預想答案,思考如何呈現長處和優勢,成功地推銷自己,順利得到夢想工作!
你是否會在別人跟你交談之前先跟人攀談?
面試官想藉此了解應徵者的個性是內向話少,還是外向活潑,並進一步推斷此人是否能勝任這項職務。比方說,要是不太喜歡主動和人談話的人,可能不太適合從事業務開發的工作。
Yes, I am an outgoing person so I tend to speak to people first. And I am a good listener too as I am interested in knowing more about what others are thinking.是的,我是一個外向的人,所以我都會先跟別人說話。而我也是個好聽眾,因為我很有興趣多知道一些其他人的想法。
I see myself as a good mixer, so yeah, I always speak to people first especially in the workplace. As a sales representative, whenever I have opportunities to meet with potential customers, I always concentrate on what to say, how to say it, and how to communicate my ideas better. In addition, I certainly understand that communication is not a one-way process. So even when I make the first move to speak to people, I am an active listener as well. 正確說英文
所有學習語言的人都應該分析自己製造出來的錯誤!語言文字上的錯誤會造成溝通上的困擾,更會使說話者的專業形象大打折扣。要掌握一門語言,必須掌握英文語法與語意的特質,培養使用正確英語的良好習慣。
👀 突破盲點:Participate 為不及物動詞,其後通常跟介系詞in,表「參加、 參與」之意。

👀 突破盲點:Like 是及物動詞,必須有受詞,其受詞可為名詞(如:I like English.)、代名詞(如本句)、動名詞(如:I like dancing.)或不定詞(如:I like to read.)。

👀 突破盲點:Introduce 是及物動詞,其後須接受詞;本例中先提及lotion,再提及時為避免重複,而用代名詞it 代替之。
