面談時的發問權在面試官手上,會問什麼問題不可能精準預測;應試者可以先有概念並預想答案,思考如何呈現長處和優勢,成功地推銷自己,順利得到夢想工作!
如果有客戶打電話給你提了一個你無法回答的問題,你會怎麼辦?
為了做好客戶服務,即便第一時間沒有客戶想要的答案,也要盡力協助客戶找到答案並解決問題。回答時態度也應明確,比方,不要說「我會盡快幫您找答案」,而應該說「我會在十分鐘左右回覆您」,盡可能提出具體的說明,展現出你想解決問題的誠意。
Insteading of saying "I don't know", I would find out the answer for the customer and get back to the customer as soon as possible.我不會說出「我不知道」這種答案,我會盡力幫客戶找到解決辦法,並在最短的時間內回覆客戶。
Well, in that situation, first of all I will tell the client the truth saying that I don't have an answer to his question at the moment. And then I will provide the client with some follow-up actions I can take, like, I will find out the answer, and get back to him within one hour.
