面談時的發問權在面試官手上，會問什麼問題不可能精準預測；應試者可以先有概念並預想答案，思考如何呈現長處和優勢，成功地推銷自己，順利得到夢想工作！
你的工作理念為何？
老闆會想了解應徵者的理念和公司的理念是否契合；若是彼此理念差不多，往後自然合作愉快。在面談前，可以先在網路上對公司做一番徹底研究，看看應徵公司的理念或企業文化為何，面試時就會比較容易發揮。

My work philosophy is "Learn from mistakes and never give up." Once I entered the job market two years ago, it didn't take long for me to figure out that getting ahead wasn't simply about being good at what I could do. I reaIized that many hurdles would crop up in the workplace or even in my life. I see them as useful stepping stones to a better outlook in the workplace. So the key point is that whenever I make mistakes or encounter difficulities, instead of just giving up, I underline the reasons first and make a resolution to learn from them. I believe that I can accelerate self-improvement by learning from my own mistakes.我的工作理念是「從錯誤中學習，而且永不放棄」。兩年前我進入職場後不久，我就了解到要有所進步不光是做好我會做的事。我體會到在職場甚至在生活上，一定會出現很多阻礙。我將這些阻礙視為對未來前景有助益的踏腳石。所以，重點是當我犯錯或面臨困難時，我不會放棄，相反的，我先將問題點找出來，然後謹記教訓。我相信從自己的錯誤學習，能加快自我進步的速度。

正確說英文
所有學習語言的人都應該分析自己製造出來的錯誤！語言文字上的錯誤會造成溝通上的困擾，更會使說話者的專業形象大打折扣。要掌握一門語言，必須掌握英文語法與語意的特質，培養使用正確英語的良好習慣。
👀 突破盲點：動詞 agree 之後可接介系詞、不定詞或that 子句，但不可直接跟受詞。
