When an issue is raised during a meeting, I tend to think it through before I offer my opinion. I don't want to just blurt out the fi rst thing that comes into my mind without thinking twice. Instead, I like to think through the issue, have some possible solutions in mind and also think carefully about the words I use. This way I will be able to avoid any potential misunderstandings.
