Mark：Yes, we've got a lot of great ideas for conducting direct response advertising. One of the first things we want to do is make sure you update your mailing list of past NWC customers. You can set up a toll-free number that consumers can call to get more information and even place an order for a GR8 phone.

Mark：We've developed some ads that will go on billboards. We'll put these billboards up at strategic locations, for example, in subway stations. Another effective method to grab people's attention is to put up some neon signs.

Veronica：What about other media, such as an electronic medium?

Mark：To increase exposure, I think we could run an infomercial. The longer format of an infomercial will let viewers fully appreciate the many features and advantages of the videophone. Another idea is to feature the GR8 on a home shopping channel.
