Inviting
Can you join me for n.p.?

 Do join us!

I hope you can join me (for n.p.).

I hope you will be able to join me (for n.p.).

I hope you will join me (for n.p.).
I invite you to join n.p.

 Please join me (for n.p.).

 Please join us (on n.p.)

 Why not join us?

You’re invited to join me (for n.p.).

*Notice that the serving set-phrases use ‘we’ and ‘our’. This is because you are representing the company when you write. It’s not a good idea to use ‘I’ or ‘me’ in these set-phrases, as you might sound too servile. After all, you’re not a slave, right?!

*However, you can see that the inviting set-phrases can use both ‘I’ and ‘me’ or ‘we’ and ‘us’. This depends on whether the invitation is official, for a formal company event, or personal. It also depends on what kind of relationship you have with the customer. If you know each other well and have been doing business for a long time, you can be more personal, using ‘I’ and ‘me’.
